An office meal plan is the simplest staff perk to run and one of the most appreciated: restaurant-quality bento lunches arriving on a fixed weekly schedule, so nobody queues downstairs and nobody files an expense claim. Feeds works the opposite way from delivery apps — instead of everyone ordering individually at marked-up app prices with a separate rider per order, your whole team's lunch arrives in a single delivery run, from real restaurant partners, at a per-head price you set before anything is cooked.
Here is how it works: tell us your headcount, your budget per pax, and which weekdays you want lunch covered. Within 48 hours we come back with menus from our restaurant partners priced to your number, and arrange a free tasting at your office before you commit. Once you start, your price is locked for three months, delivery is free for your entire first week, and every delivery earns Feeds$ back into your corporate account. Prices are what you see — Feeds does not add GST at checkout.
Meal plans run on the same corporate account that covers your ad-hoc event catering: one consolidated monthly invoice, 30-day credit terms, and halal-certified, vegetarian and other dietary needs covered within the same weekly rotation. Whether you are feeding a 25-person startup every Tuesday and Thursday or an 80-person office five days a week, the plan is sized to your committed schedule, and headcount adjustments or holiday pauses are arranged with advance notice through your account manager so our restaurant partners can plan their kitchens around them.

FAQ
Office Meal Plans — common questions
How does a Feeds office meal plan work?
You tell us three things: headcount per delivery, budget per pax, and which weekdays you want covered. Within 48 hours Feeds proposes menus from restaurant partners priced to your budget, and arranges a free tasting at your office. Once you approve, bentos arrive on your chosen days in a single delivery run — no individual ordering, no apps, no admin.
What budget per head do I need for an office meal plan?
Meal plans are built around your number rather than a fixed menu price — that is the point of the budget-first model. Tell us what your company wants to spend per person and we negotiate the menu to fit. Restaurant bento pricing on feeds.com.sg is shown per pax on each merchant's page, so you can gauge the range before you enquire.
Is there a lock-in or contract for recurring office lunches?
The enquiry and tasting are free and non-binding — you only commit after your team has tried the food. Once the plan starts, it is a mutual commitment: your per-pax price is locked for 3 months (it cannot go up), and in return our restaurant partners plan their kitchens around your schedule. Headcount adjustments and holiday pauses are arranged with advance notice through your account manager, and ending a plan early is handled case by case.
Can one meal plan cover halal, vegetarian and other dietary needs?
Yes. Because bentos are individually packed, one delivery can mix halal-certified sets, vegetarian or vegan sets and regular sets, each labelled. Tell us your dietary split in the enquiry form and every proposed menu will respect it.
How is this cheaper than staff ordering on delivery apps?
Three ways: the whole team shares one delivery run instead of paying one rider per order; Feeds does not add GST at checkout; and menus are negotiated with the restaurant for committed weekly volume rather than listed at app prices. On top of that, every delivery earns Feeds$ back to your corporate account.
