Gift voucher FAQs
What can a Feeds gift voucher be used for?
Any catering order on feeds.com.sg — full buffets, mini buffets, bento sets, party platters and live stations, from every restaurant on the marketplace. It is not restricted to one caterer.
How much are Feeds gift vouchers?
Vouchers start at S$300 and can be set to any round amount above that. S$300 comfortably covers bento for a small team; S$500–S$1,000 covers a proper birthday or housewarming buffet.
Does the recipient have to spend it all at once?
No. Whatever is left stays on the voucher for the next order. If their order costs more than the voucher, they simply pay the difference at checkout.
How long is a gift voucher valid?
12 months from the day it is issued. The expiry date is printed on the voucher and shown in every email, so there are no surprises.
Can I send a physical gift card?
Yes, and it's free. We post a printed card to any Singapore address — allow 5 working days by local mail. The digital voucher is emailed immediately either way, so a late envelope never spoils the occasion.
How do I pay for a gift voucher?
By PayNow transfer to our UEN. We verify every transfer by hand, then issue the voucher — normally within one business day.
Do I get anything for buying a gift voucher?
Yes — you earn 30 Feeds$ (worth S$15) for every full S$500 of voucher value, credited to your own Feeds account to spend on your next order. You need to be signed in when you buy.
Are gift vouchers refundable?
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be spent on catering through feeds.com.sg.
Gift vouchers are issued by Wu Brothers Pte. Ltd. and are redeemable only against catering orders on feeds.com.sg. Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. Cannot be combined with promotional discount codes. Valid for 12 months from issue. Treat the code like cash — anyone holding it can spend it.
